Lake District Paradise Project

The Lake District Paradise Project was established in 2016 to develop a world class visitor experience and learning centre that will tell the unique, modern history of Windermere and the surrounding area.

The initiative is being developed in consultation with the National Holocaust Memorial Foundation based in Downing Street.

It will seek to see the development of a location that will be at the heart of the community and that will provide opportunities to become involved in an internationally significant world class education and archive project.
